Pros
+ sturdy bag. Has properly survived daily usage to office and regular overnight flight trips. 4 wheels makes lugging it around easy.
+ excellent design - enough sections, can make separate sections for personal overnight stuff, and office files. Separate passport section and small stuff sections work great
+ separate bottle mesh is really great inclusion.
+ zips are sturdy.
+ number lock to lock your personal stuff.
+ Customer care support is quick and precise.

Cons
- Material could be better, but for the price it's excellent.
- number lock could have been better, but many bags in the cost range don't have this feature

Over all a good deal.

Would like to give special mention that, I by mistake had broken a small part of the handle, and on contacting the customer support, was provided a very quick support (in Mumbai, all the work got done in 5 days from raising the request to resolution with parts)
