Have had a very good experience with the company. I bought a flight bag which had some stitches come loose on the handle after a couple of months use. Their staff were very efficient and expeditious in having the bag picked up from my residence and replaced with a new one at no cost to me. Their staff's politeness and eagerness to help was very pleasing. Thanks Vaibhav for your support in this matter! Feedback on the product - excellent product. Only suggestion would be if one or two wheel could have a brake lock to prevent the bag from rolling away on its own when on a slope.
Been using the NM Wall Street for last 4 months. I like the bag very much and would recommend it to anyone .My observations of the product are: Pros + sturdy bag. Has properly survived daily usage to office and regular overnight flight trips. 4 wheels makes lugging it around easy. + excellent design - enough sections, can make separate sections for personal overnight stuff, and office files. Separate passport section and small stuff sections work great + separate bottle mesh is really great inclusion. + zips are sturdy. + number lock to lock your personal stuff. + Customer care support is quick and precise. Cons - Material could be better, but for the price it's excellent. - number lock could have been better, but many bags in the cost range don't have this feature Over all a good deal. Would like to give special mention that, I by mistake had broken a small part of the handle, and on contacting the customer support, was provided a very quick support (in Mumbai, all the work got done in 5 days from raising the request to resolution with parts)
I've been using this overnighter for 10 months now. I would have traveled using this for maybe 10 times. Overall the bag is very good quality and sturdy. Can fit in 2-3 days of clothes with laptop. It has multiple compartments to keep other stuff neatly. Like every other comment here I too ended up with a faulty telescopic handle. It would get stuck and not go back inside. I reached out to their WhatsApp number and I was given an immediate resolution. I've received a replacement handle and a video to assemble it myself. It's been a good experience but I think they should improve the quality of the handle. When compared with other popular brands the handle on Nasher miles still needs to be improved.
Bag quality is very good and it look very beautiful ,it catches the crowd attention while travelling ..and best thing about company is ,I had purchase this bag in 2019 , after 9 month bag handle got bad , it got replaced by the company .now after 2 years bag stitching from some place opened and handle too sometime get stucked sometime I raised a complaint with customer support ..they replaced the whole bag with new one .. its not about bag .. its the about service and commitment they have given. .Blindly believe the Nasher Miles product and go for it .. Many company are fake...they don't give after sales service ..I am really happy with the purchase. Big Thumps Up to Naser Miles
